How StaamlCorp approaches licensing of U.S. Patent Application No. 19/640,793 and any patents that may issue from it.
StaamlCorp licenses U.S. Patent Application No. 19/640,793 — and any patents that issue from it — on fair, reasonable, and non-discriminatory terms. The framework is intended for broad deployment; our preferred outcome with any qualified counterparty is a license, not a dispute.
For counterparties engaging in good faith on a license to one or more pending or issued claims of U.S. Patent Application No. 19/640,793, StaamlCorp commits not to seek an injunction during the period of active negotiation. We will participate in technical and commercial discussions, provide claim mappings under NDA on request, and accept reasonable timelines for legal and product review.
Royalty rates are based on the technical scope of use and the commercial significance of the covered functionality, not on a counterparty's identity, jurisdiction, or industry. Lump-sum, running, and hybrid structures are available. We will share a comparable rate band on request before any pricing discussion.
Element-by-element claim charts are available to qualified counterparties under a mutual NDA. We do not publish full independent claim text on this site so as not to encourage design-around without engagement, and we do not send unsolicited threat letters.
U.S. Patent Application No. 19/640,793 is currently pending under Track One Prioritized Examination. Claims may be amended during examination. Provisional rights under 35 U.S.C. §154(d) attach only upon publication and actual notice of substantively identical claims at issuance; nothing on this site or in our outreach should be read as an assertion of issued claims.
If any claims that issue are determined to be essential to a published industry standard, StaamlCorp will license those claims on fair, reasonable, and non-discriminatory terms consistent with the policy of the relevant standards body.
We are open to cross-licensing and to strategic partnerships involving co-development of derivative work. Reach out via the contact below to discuss structure.

This policy is a public statement of intent. It is not an offer, and it does not waive any right. It may be updated; the version in force on a given date is the version then published at this URL.
