StaamlCorp provides information about our cybersecurity intellectual property, licensing opportunities, risk assessment tools, and related services through this Site. The Site is intended for informational and business inquiry purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, software, and the overall design and arrangement thereof, is the property of StaamlCorp or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

3.1 Patent Rights

StaamlCorp's core technology is protected by patent-pending intellectual property:

• U.S. Patent Application No. 19/640,793 — Temporal Session Bridging (TSB) technology for mitigating cached executable persistence across security policy transitions.
• Filed under Track One Prioritized Examination with 30 claims.
• All rights to the patented technology and its applications are exclusively held by StaamlCorp.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our patented technology, methods, or processes may result in legal action.

3.2 Trademarks

"StaamlCorp," the StaamlCorp logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of StaamlCorp. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

4. Permitted Use

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STAAMLCORP, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
• Any content obtained from the Site.

In no event shall StaamlCorp's total liability to you for all claims exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Lafayette, Louisiana, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12. Waiver

The failure of StaamlCorp to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StaamlCorp regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
